Kyrus Sethna
Proprietor/property developer
After graduating from Drexel University, Philadelphia, USA, with a BSc in Design,
Kyrus returned to India and worked with a conceit of architects such as
Somaya & Kalappa, Shakti Parmar and Associates and RJBX and later joined Sethna Constructions Pvt. Ltd as a director.
Over the past eight years, he has designed unique office spaces, residential homes, landscaped spaces and gardens, music studios and public spaces.
Rustom Sethna
Director/Property Developer. After graduating from I.I.T in Bombay, Mr Rustom Sethna started M/s Sethna Constructions (www.sethnaconstructions.com) , which steadily established itself as one of Bombay’s most reputed construction companies. Over 35 years, Mr. Rustom Sethna has completed several development projects in Bombay, Bangalore and Hyderebad. At present, Mr. Sethna is concentrating on luxury property development in the upmarket areas of Bandra and Juhu in Bombay.Maddy's
